At this time New Covenant Nursery School is planning to offer a traditional in-person learning experience to our students for the 2021-22 school year. Our staff is dedicated to meeting a young child’s need for individual attention and community connection in their early educational experiences, while still providing for their personal health and safety.
Given the unique public health circumstances, there may be a continuation of several health and safety practices instituted for the 2020-21 school year, including limited class size. Please reach out now to ensure your child’s spot. Individual tours are available during non-class times. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a tour or more information.
About New Covenant:
New Covenant Nursery School is a play-based, part-time program admitting 2, 3 & 4 year olds at all stages of bathroom readiness. Led by Head Teacher Ms. Liz and Assistant Teacher Ms. Tammy, our mixed age group enjoys a varied and engaging curriculum including shapes, colors, letter of the week, story time, gym, music, arts & crafts, SEFCU school banking program and experiential field trips. Our innovative and unique “New-trition” program, designed by former NCNS teacher & nutrition education consultant Jillian Ludwig, teaches children about making healthy food choices and provides nutritious snacks each school day. The nutrition curriculum, classroom lesson plans and daily story selections correspond and complement one another to create a rich, layered learning experience. New Covenant Nursery School has been in operation for over 45 years, but we are always learning and growing ourselves- in 2016 the CDCCC (now Brightside Up) presented our school with the award for ‘Best New Updated Program’!
